此觀音立像頭戴高冠，寬額豐頤，面相沉靜，眼光俯視，笑意含蓄，神態優雅。雙手姿勢柔軟，右手屈臂上舉於胸前，手指自然舒展，手掌向外，這一手印表示佛為救濟眾生的大慈心願，能使眾生心安，無所畏怖，所以稱無畏印。左手覆於左膝，指頭觸地，以示降伏魔眾；跣座立於束方座之上，此尊造像的方座也較為特別，一般常採用單個仰蓮圓座，而此尊造像雙腳各踩一朵蓮花，底座為束腰方臺形須彌座，極為罕見。銅質細膩，鎏金純厚 ，裝飾華麗，工藝精良，其衣紋折轉自然，靈動流暢;裙裾花紋繁縟，鑄造精工;整體氣度兼備宗教神聖氣韻與皇家王者氣派，堪稱精品。背後鑄款，大明永樂年施，此佛面容端祥，微露喜悅，俯視及平視顯女相，仰望則顯男相，在藝術造型中是十分罕見的。手足外露，坐姿優雅，尤其是其封底完整，從磨損的鎏金中還隱約看到佛教法器＂十字杵＂的印記，較之無底者，更顯珍貴，是佛像中的極品！
