瓶八方，圓盤口，長頸。釉面緊致深邃，器型樸茂端莊，胎質細膩，開片均勻、唯美、自然。頂部盤口象徵上天庇佑，八方則象徵八方來朝、八方來財、八方平安，瓶頸為佛家淨水瓶造型，兩圈弦紋方中見柔。底部紫口鐵足特徵明顯，並附有宋徽宗底款。整器兼具剛柔、方中帶圓、氣勢均衡，以皇帝視角構建無規矩不成方圓的治世理念，頗具笑傲古今之氣概。宋之官窯，舉世稀珍，於南北兩故宮中，亦屬不可多得之物。
