橢圓形盆，侈口、深壁，平底凸出窄邊棱，四雲頭形足；周壁胎薄，底足略厚。通體俗稱“香灰黃”，汝瓷釉面有細微的開片，釉下有稀疏氣泡；汝窯青瓷釉色淡青高雅，造型講究，不以紋飾為重。汝瓷滿布天青釉，極勻潤；底邊釉積處略含淡碧色；口緣與棱角釉薄處呈淺粉色。裹足支燒，底部有六個細支釘痕，略見米黃胎色。此種傳世稀少、溫潤素雅的色澤，正是宋人所欲追求如雨過天青的寧靜開朗的美感。汝窯一向被人們列為宋代五大名窯之首，汝窯原為民窯，北宋晚期開始為宮廷燒造高檔瓷器。宋徽宗執政時期，汝窯是其燒造史的全盛時期，其產品胎質細膩，灰中泛黃，釉中含有瑪瑙，汝窯以溫潤的天青釉色被譽為青瓷之冠，風格獨具。因傳世極少，彌足珍貴！
