五瓣花口盏，口沿嵌铜扣。弧形深壁，胎质坚薄，内周壁依随五花口突起五道稜脊，与之对应的外周壁则出现凹陷的浅沟。器身呈菊瓣状，花口，弧腹，小圈足，底部有乳状形突出。通体施青釉，凸棱处色浅淡为「出筋」，积釉处色深浓，釉面光润坚致细密，伴有开片，是宋代龙泉窑精品之作。此盏整器小巧玲珑，釉色晶莹如碧，集欣赏与实用于一体，其釉水质感更是可遇而不可求。采取垫烧法烧制，内外施青釉，呈色青翠，釉面开棕色纹片，足端无釉露出灰白胎。
