盘口瓶是瓶式之一，流行于北朝至隋。盘口，短颈，平底，圈足。因瓶口像浅盘而命名。北朝的花瓶，腹瘦长，最大腹径在近底处。隋代的瓶则颈部细长，腹部较丰满，略呈椭圆形。
钧窑器形简约，此瓶较之复杂，更显珍贵，上厚施色釉，其明晦深浅变化，隐显之间，让人爱不释手，瓶全身施钧红釉，极其少见。拍品釉色绚烂，属钧窑佳作。

Pankou bottle is one of the bottles, popular in the Northern Dynasty to Sui Dynasty. Plate mouth, short neck, flat bottom, circle foot. Named after the mouth of the bottle resembles a shallow plate. North Dynasty vase, slender abdomen, the largest abdominal diameter near the bottom. In Sui Dynasty, the bottle had a slender neck and a fuller abdomen, slightly oval.
The shape of Jun kiln ware is simple. This bottle is more complex and precious than others. It has a thick glaze. Its brightness and shade change, which makes people fond of it. It is very rare that the whole body of the bottle is covered with Jun red glaze. The glaze is gorgeous, which belongs to Jun kiln masterpiece.
