瓶盘口，长颈，雙耳，溜肩，圆腹，圈足。通体绘缠枝莲纹，以青花弦线作边饰，足墙饰卷草纹。底心青花双圈内书“大清雍正年制”楷书款。胎质细腻，白釉温润。颈部自口沿而下以绿、红二色卷草纹将颈部区隔成两个装饰带，自上而下分为缠枝牡丹纹和缠枝菊花纹图案，腹部通体绘缠枝牡丹纹和颈部纹饰互相呼应，胫部亦绘绿彩缠枝卷草纹和口沿部相应，全器构图考究，疏密得当，填色精整，色彩雅丽，为雍正朝少见之斗彩品种。
此器为雍正仿成化瓷器中珍罕的作品。此瓶的足部虽带清朝的特色，但观其器型整体却是明成化的风格，传世品中未有所见，为孤品。
