白釉瓷，以明朝永乐年江西景德镇御窑为上佳，而本品精巧，冠绝一时。永乐白釉瓷，并非仅为光素无纹饰之瓷器。青花瓷讲求白釉清澈素白，几近透明，方为上品，映衬青花之美。单色白釉，则着重白釉美感。
永乐白釉，温泽柔和，凝润光亮，仅见于此类器，釉称「甜白」，丰厚甜腻，巧夺天工。此类器多刻纹饰，唯因釉色凝白，刻花易被遮盖，甚至完全隐没，本品则无此弊，白釉凝润丰厚瓶撇口，束颈，溜肩，垂腹，圈足，通体施甜白釉暗刻龙凤纹饰。且造形灵巧秀美，釉质细致莹润，暗龙，暗凤活泼盎然，亦是成对，龙凤成双，乃珍藏佳品。
